Equity Research Associate Analyst - Business Services

Role Summary

Responsibilities

Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers, and extensive financial analysisOpportunity to interact with public company CEOs and CFOs both in our offices and on the roadExpectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process, not just number crunching

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree required AND1-2 years relevant work experience (equity research or banking experience preferred)Strong Excel and financial modelling skills including previous experience building three-statement models

Preferred:

Business Services specific experience a plusStrong academic background and intellectual curiosityHighly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with othersEffective communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment processCompletion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferredDemonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in-depth research and analysis

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.



Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
