Job Summary
We are hiring dependable and safety‑focused Forklift Operators – Multi Equipment to support a growing logistics and distribution operation. This role is responsible for safely operating various types of powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse.


Operators play a critical role in daily inventory flow and order fulfillment, ensuring products are transported accurately and efficiently within a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.


Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment such as sit‑down forklifts, stand‑up/reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment
Move, load, unload, and stage products in warehouse, receiving, and shipping areas
Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and complete tasks accurately
Perform pre‑ and post‑operation equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
Transport materials to support order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes
Maintain inventory accuracy, including proper handling of temperature‑sensitive products
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements, including food‑handling standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with warehouse team members and leadership to meet productivity goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~36°F)
Knowledge of safe forklift operation practices
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend frequently

Preferred Experience

Certification to operate powered industrial equipment (or willingness to become certified)
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in food distribution, cold storage, or high‑volume logistics environments

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment
Exposure to cold temperatures for extended periods
Continuous movement between work areas, including dock and storage zones
Ability to safely operate equipment throughout the duration of the shift

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time employment with consistent scheduling
Benefits provided in accordance with company policy and applicable law
