HVAC Technician

InfraHire is looking for an HVAC Technician in Pikesville, MD.

Job Description:The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for the service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment across multiple customer sites. The technician will work independently in the field, respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and complete installations/removals as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform service, maintenance, and repair on all brands of commercial & Residential HVAC equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose issues on RTUs, split systems, exhaust fans, and related commercial equipmentPerform routine preventive maintenance (inspections, filter changes, belt replacements, coil cleaning, etc.)Remove and install HVAC components/systems as neededAccurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendationsMaintain safe work practices and follow company/jobsite safety requirementsCompany truck and some tools providedRequirements

Minimum 3+ year experience as a Commercial HVAC Service TechnicianAbility to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems independentlyValid driver’s license (required)InfraHire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
