Position Overview


As a Lead Residential Electrician, you’ll serve as the on-site lead for residential jobs, acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners while supervising apprentices and ensuring excellent workmanship.


Key Responsibilities



Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish

Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners

Perform and oversee installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs

Supervise apprentices and ensure quality standards are met

Ensure all work complies with NEC and safety regulations

Maintain clean, organized, and professional residential jobsites

Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications



Strong residential electrical experience
