Prepare and assemble delicious Mexican-inspired dishes according to Qdoba's recipes and standards
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and fulfilling their orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
No formal education required
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
