OverviewWe are hiring a Logistics Coordinator with freight dispatch experience to support and manage freight operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for individuals who can balance operational planning, shipment coordination, and driver communication. Candidates may have experience in freight dispatch, trucking operations, logistics administration, or related fields.
The role emphasizes efficient coordination, documentation accuracy, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring that freight moves smoothly and schedules are maintained.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage freight shipments across assigned routes
Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation
Support routing decisions, freight scheduling, and logistics planning
Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues as they arise
Assist with process improvements for operational efficiency
Ideal CandidateExperience in freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle problem-solving independently
