The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:
Caulking Drywall repairTouch up paintingTest all locks and key setsAssist in inspection of propertyMaintaining exterior lighting Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenanceMaintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc.Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessaryPool maintenanceMust be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/HrUp to 20% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave
Hours & Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8am-5pmPaid rotating on-call participation requiredMust be available and prepared for emergency events*Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We’ll Expect From You
Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.Live within a 30-minute commute of the property. HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
