Mid-Level Web Developer



Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Web Developer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web-based software solutions that support mission-critical intelligence applications
• Build intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that enable analysts to capture, organize, visualize, and share data across the Intelligence Community
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design, performance, and usability requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders to develop scalable and responsive web applications
• Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
• Integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services to support data-driven mission capabilities
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects while improving performance and maintainability of existing applications
• Contribute to Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team collaboration
• Generate and maintain technical documentation supporting software design, implementation, and system maintenance

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline and eight (8) years of experience as a Web Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.



Four (4) additional years of Web Development experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.



Required Qualifications: ​

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphMinimum eight (8) years of web development experienceExperience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applicationsExperience developing user-accessible web interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueExperience developing applications that interface with REST-based APIs or web servicesExperience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deploymentExperience troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issuesExperience integrating new web components with existing applications and servicesExperience developing or maintaining technical documentation related to software systemsExperience working in an Agile software development environmentExperience using Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration and issue-tracking toolsExperience ensuring developed software meets 508 accessibility compliance standardsDesired Qualifications: ​

Experience developing applications within cloud environments such as AWSExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with Git-based version control systemsExperience working with NoSQL or relational databasesExperience developing data visualization or analytics interfacesExperience working with Node.js or Java-based backend servicesExperience developing Linux-based scripts for automation or integrationExperience collaborating with UX/UI design teams to develop intuitive user interfacesExperience supporting mission-focused applications within the Intelligence Community

Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized depending on customer needs

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$144,000- $210,000
