Nursing Workforce Manager-RN

Ensures adequate staffing levels are scheduled and maintained to provide patient care and analyzes productivity numbers. Coordinates the schedules and assignments of clinical staff, including PRN/float pool and regular personnel for both Sheppard Pratt hospitals. Determines staffing adjustments in response to employee call outs and changes in staffing needs; may be responsible for preparing unit schedules. Authorizes and communicates staffing changes, either directly or through delegation to assigned scheduling/staffing personnel.
