Preschool & Daycare Lead Teachers

We have exciting opportunities available across multiple preschools, daycares, and childcare centers in Frederick, MD and surrounding areas. We are hiring for Lead Teachers across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.


Teacher Responsibilities:



Interact affectionately and respectfully with children
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate professionally and warmly with children, families, and peers
Collaborate effectively with other teachers and school staff members
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising the children at all times

Teacher Qualifications:



Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma (or equivalent) is required
1+ years of experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, childcare center, preschool, or similar child care setting
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:



Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
Experience developing lesson plans, leading classrooms, and engaging with families about child development
