Our agency has been proudly serving our community since December 2011 and has grown to a team of 14 members across two office locations. We’re built on a family-oriented culture where people support one another, work hard, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.
I’m a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Finance, and that background shapes how we approach both client service and team development. We believe in building long-term careers, not just filling roles.

Role Description
Matt Gardner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
Our office is located in Bel Air, MD.Our office is open 9AM to 5PM M-F. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Towson University.
