RN's are expected to work the hours of 7a.m. - 3:30p.m. and 3p.m. - 11:30p.m., 40 hours weekly with rotating weekends. The Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 22-bed unit offering a crisis intervention for the treatment of major mental illnesses where the average length of stay is 8 days.
