Position: Residential Electrician

Step into a full-time W-2 role where your experience and your personality work together. You'll run residential service calls with homeowners, diagnose electrical needs, present solutions, and close jobs.

Our service techs are clearing $125K+ per year.

Pay: $125K–$200K per year

Base: $25–$30/hr w/ 8–12% commission on booked jobs

Your Day

CSR qualifies and books your service calls.Dedicated dispatch confirms and sends you out.Troubleshoot, present options, books jobs, build the work order, & done.Warehouse (ran by a Journeyman) handles materials, our install team supports the booked work.Fully digital tech experience including in house apps for additional support.Take-home fully stocked company vehicle providedNo lead hunting. No chasing installs. Just troubleshoot & book jobs.

What We're Looking For

5+ years electrical experience, at least 1 year residentialComfortable running service calls independentlyCustomer focused! You understand that rapport & trust closes jobsValid driver's license, insurable, able to pass background check and drug screen.Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily. Take-home vehicle provided after training.
