As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitorsManage access controlMust be able to stand and walk the whole shift!Perform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsRespond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsAnswer questions in person or by phoneWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyComputer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsYou have 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!You have a state license if requiredYou have CPR/First AidYou have computer literacy and phone skillsMust have access control and customer service experience Computer skill (outlook, visitor management and access control).Access control and customer service experience.You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreementsYou have an active MD guard cardNeed to be available for site training during the week if hiredIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
