**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines - Engage with customers to take drink orders and make recommendations - Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders **Experience:** - Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience - Proficiency in mixing drinks and knowledge of various cocktail recipes - Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in catering or fine dining establishments is a plus *Note: This job description outlines primary duties and qualifications but may not encompass all responsibilities assigned to this role.
