Skilled Carpenter

CZ Construction LLC is looking for a skilled carpenter with residential renovation experience who wants to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone ready to eventually run their own projects and lead a team.


Responsibilities



Perform residential carpentry (framing, decks, renovations, trim work)
Read plans and follow scopes of work
Lead and work alongside helpers on job sites
Maintain quality workmanship and job site cleanliness
Communicate with team and project leads
Assist with project execution from start to finish

Requirements



3+ years residential carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of framing and general construction
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Basic tools preferred

Preferred



Experience with full home renovations
Leadership or crew lead experience
Ability to estimate materials or small jobs
