To support the Child Find Individualized Education Programs (IEP) team in assessment and identification of children ages 3-5 young children who are transitioning from Part C (Infants and Toddlers) to Part B (special education) services, in accessing the general education curriculum, in the least restrictive environment. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data to assist with the development of IEPs and facilitates IEP team meetings.
