Duties
Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, shift management, and ensuring operational efficiency
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
Train, develop, and supervise team members in food preparation, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), cash handling, and customer service skills
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards through regular inspections and staff training
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences
Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training to build a strong team capable of meeting store goals
Skills
Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food handling safety procedures
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and staff supervision
Background in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on food service operations
Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards
Experience in budgeting, shift management, and operational planning within the food industry
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Familiarity with culinary practices from casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management
Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and training staff effectively
