Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, verify, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, performance metrics (like on-time delivery rates and inventory turns), and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
Demand Forecasting:
Use data and tools to predict future demand, ensuring the company has the right amount of materials and products to meet customer needs without overstocking.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and analyze inventory levels in warehouses to ensure they are balanced and to optimize working capital.
Supplier Management:
Research and analyze potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage relationships to ensure fair deals and reliable material flow.
Risk Mitigation:
Analyze potential supply chain disruptions and develop strategies to resolve them, ensuring business continuity.
Strategic Planning:
Assist business units in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support company growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software, and data analysis tools.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for interpreting data and finding solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners and present findings.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail is crucial for accuracy in data collection and analysis.
