- Support business decision-making by articulating impacts, dependencies, trade-offs, and solution considerations across multiple platforms and systems.
- Work across a diverse technology ecosystem, including cloud-based, vendor-supported, hybrid, and internally developed platforms.
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and system interactions to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and feasible.
- Collaborate with technical teams on API requirements, database analysis, data mapping, and validation logic.
- Use querying and analytical skills to investigate issues, validate data, and support testing and implementation efforts.
- Partner with SDETs, developers, and product owners to identify requirements needed to establish and enhance test automation frameworks.
- Contribute to initiatives involving AI and intelligent automation, helping define business use cases, requirements, controls, and expected outcomes.
- Support end-to-end delivery by participating in testing, defect triage, UAT support, and post-implementation validation.
- Drive continuous improvement in business analysis practices, documentation standards, and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a complex technology environment.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences, simplifying complex concepts and facilitating alignment.
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL/querying, data analysis, and data validation.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with modern application environments spanning cloud platforms, vendor systems, hybrid architectures, and custom-built solutions.
