Ability to write grammatically correct and stylistically appropriate business communications.Ability to work effectively under high stress situations, to rapidly assess and respond to life safety and security incidents.Core Technical: Demonstrated proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, Andover Continuum, Pelco Control Point, Compass, DMP, D3, JIRA, PassagePoint, Constellation Alert, Microsoft Office Suite, and any other systems used by ESOC at the time of application.Core Business Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of Constellation Business structure, ESOC Policies and Procedures, Constellation NERC CIP Policies and Procedures, Substation Operation, and CISS Policy and Procedures.Education: Minimum AA degree, or High School or GED with 2 years of Security System or IT experience.Position Scope:Enables ESOC to achieve core objectives protecting Constellation critical infrastructure, assets and personnel through 24/7 monitoring of physical security intrusion detections systems, access controls, and security call center reporting.
