Our client is currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support high-volume distribution operations in Beltsville, MD. This role keeps the flow of goods moving by receiving, staging, and shipping orders with accuracy and pace. You’ll work across several functional areas, from unloading trailers to scanning inventory, ensuring customers receive complete, damage-free shipments.
The Day-to-Day:
Load and unload trucks using proper material-handling techniques.
Operate an RF scanner to pick, pack, and process customer orders.
Rotate and replenish merchandise to maintain accurate stock and first-in/first-out practices.
Stage, wrap, and label pallets for outbound shipments.
Keep aisles, docks, and workstations clear; dispose of debris and packaging.
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience (order picking, receiving, or shipping).
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs as needed and standing/walking for the duration of the shift.
Basic familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse documentation preferred.
Dependable attendance, cooperative attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate:
$18.25 per hour
Multiple shifts available:
Monday to Sunday
7:00 PM to 4:30 AM
4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
12:30 PM to Close
