Baltimore police are investigating a homicide that occurred on the evening of July 20, 2026, in the 2400 block of Perring Manor Road.
At around 10:17 p.m., officers from the Northeast District responded to reports of a shooting at a residence in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered 42-year-old Dominic Rhames suffering from serious gunshot injuries.
Emergency medical personnel were summoned to the scene but unfortunately pronounced Rhames dead shortly after their arrival.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the shooting resulted from a dispute involving the victim. Homicide detectives are now seeking assistance from the public, urging anyone with information to reach out to them at 410-396-2100 or contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
