BALTIMORE — A fire broke out at a vacant residence in West Baltimore on Friday night, prompting a swift response from the Baltimore City Fire Department.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1300 block of West North Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. after receiving reports of flames at the location.
Upon arrival, firefighters encountered visible flames emanating from all three floors of the three-story building. In response, they initiated operations from the exterior to combat the blaze effectively.
Firefighters were able to bring the situation under control without any reported injuries. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by officials.
