Leadership Changes at Roxbury Prison After Inmate's Death Sparks Investigation

In the wake of the death of inmate Colin Wolf at Roxbury Correctional Institution in Hagerstown, Maryland, state officials have launched an investigation into potential misconduct by prison staff. Wolf, who was found dead in his cell on May 20, marked the ninth inmate killing in Maryland's prisons this year.

According to reports, Wolf's father has been informed by investigators that his son may have been deceased for several hours or even days, as signs of decomposition were evident.
